When manufacturing is your backbone, reliability isn’t optional—it’s non-negotiable. At STARFIRE, we understand the pressure plant managers and industrial operators face every day. That’s why we’ve developed STARFIRE EX—a comprehensive lineup of premium lubricants engineered to run—and keep running_ in the 24/7 world of manufacturing.
From hydraulic systems to gearboxes, compressors to specialized machinery, STARFIRE EX products are built with performance in mind—so your equipment runs cleaner, longer, and smarter.
What is STARFIRE EX?
The EX line is STARFIRE’s top-tier industrial series, created to exceed industry standards for protection, longevity, and efficiency. Designed specifically for high-demand industrial applications, EX products help reduce downtime, extend equipment life, withstanding extreme pressure and protecting against oxidation, corrosion, and wear.
The EX lineup:
- HYEXHydraulic Oils— hydraulic fluids designed to deliver the ultimate in equipment protection. Formulated from premium select base stocks and advanced additive technology, HYEXTM Hydraulic fluids provide outstanding wear protection and extended operating life.
- TALEX–Gear Oils — provides outstanding performance in gear configurations subject to heavy or shock loading in industrial equipment. Recommended for use in spur, helical, bevel, and worm gear configurations, TALEXTM Gear Oils provide superior protection against wear and prevention of micropitting by reducing friction and creating a protective barrier film on gears.
- CIREX Compressor Oils– Formulated to provide maximum protection and operating efficiency in rotary, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors. Advanced formulations provide outstanding thermal and oxidative stability to prevent corrosion and deposit formation.
- EPEXGreases— Manufactured to provide superior protection at a wide range of operating temperatures, pressures and speeds. EPEXTM Greases are multi-purpose greases that contain Extreme Pressure (EP) additives, rust and oxidation inhibitors and offer excellent mechanical stability, anti-wear protection, and load carrying capabilities.
- SOLEX– fluids designed to deliver the ultimate in equipment protection. Formulated from premium select base stocks and advanced additive technology, HYEXTM Hydraulic fluids provide outstanding wear protection and extended operating life.
